Please note that shipping costs is calculated for Major City Centers. If you want us to ship
to outlying areas there will be additional charges that is not included in the initial shipping
costs quoted.
DELIVERY
You may expect your parcel normaly to arrive between 7 to 14 working days from confirmation of payment by means of door to door courier service.
(Delivery time Depends on availability of products from suppliers)
You will be provided with a tracking number of your order to be enable to track your parcel. Should your parcel not arrive within the specified times please contact us. We will then contact the relevant courier company to trace the packages.
STOCK SHORTAGES
In the situation that after a transaction there is any temporary stock shortage.
You shall be entitled to cancel the order for a full refund or maintain the sale for a later later delivery date.
In the event of permanent out of stock situation. You shall be entitled to cancel the order for a full refund
Full refund includes shipping costs.
PRICING OF MERCHANDISE
Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the South African standard statutory rate of 14%. Prices are updated regularly and may change without notice.
Prices are dependent on International Exchange Rate(s).
PAYMENT
Payment is processed by means of Electronic Funds Transfer only.

REFUND POLICY
In terms of Section 44 you may cancel a transaction within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You need to inform us before expiration of the 7 day period in writing of your intention to cancel the transaction . You will be responsible for arranging the return of the goods by means of a door to door courier. You will also be liable for the return courier fees.
You must return the product in the condition you received it.

Cycle Mania will give you a full refund once the goods have been received back in good order and suitable for resale.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Please note that warranties only cover manufacturing faults and defects and do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or abuse.
If you feel that your product should be exchanged under warranty, please contact us first at info@cyclemaniasa.co.za to determine whether this is indeed a warranty issue. We will then contact the supplier to sort out the problem. If the merchandise needs to be returned please ensure that the merchandise is clean and in the original packaging if possible. Merchandise must be accompanied by a returns form. You will be expected to carry the courier cost for the return.
IMPORTANT: You should refuse to accept delivery of any product which is visibly damaged.
